What is Myofunctional therapy

Myofunctional therapy is a set of guided exercises that help retrain the muscles of the mouth, tongue, lips, cheeks, and face.

The goal is to support healthier breathing, swallowing, resting tongue posture, jaw development, and overall oral function.
